My Approach
As a therapist, I have always believed in a using holistic approach to mental health care. I use evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused brief therapy to help clients achieve their goals. I focus on building a relationship of mutual trust and transpareny in my sessions. Providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals also helps them explore their thoughts and feelings, and makes them feel empowered.
