Hi there! I'm a Counselling Psychologist. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Community Mental Health.

I have been working in the field of Mental Health for the past 6 years. Over the years I've had some beautiful opportunities to witness the human courage, resilience, and most importantly see how faith can literally move mountains.

I deal with areas such as stress, anxiety management, burnout, relationship conflicts, self-doubt and goal setting.
